At Orange Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure you receive 100% original and high-quality beauty products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

  • The item was missing from your order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The invoice must be provided

  • The product seal (if applicable) must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used makeup products

  • Opened perfumes

  • Personal care items once unsealed

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email.

  2. Share your order number.

  3. Provide clear images of the product showing the issue.

  4. Wait for confirmation from our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in future order restrictions.

7. Damaged During Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please record a video while opening the package.

  • Share the unboxing video within 24 hours.

Without video proof, claims for transit damage may not be accepted.

8. Important Notice

Orange Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions due to product use

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies

We strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.

All claims must include an unboxing video starting from sealed parcel.
